Report an Incident

Incidents occur on any occasion when something happened which should not have and/or any occasion when something did not happen that should have. Incidents are not confined to flying related activities. Reporting incidents is an essential process in our efforts to continually improve safety in all club activities, and allows the relevant people within the club structure to be aware of ‘near misses’ and do something about them BEFORE the next occurrence becomes an accident. It allows club officials to formulate policies and procedures to enhance safety at the club.

The club is not seeking to apportion blame, and reports can be made anonymously if you wish.
